The HEC MBA Program offers a solid generalist management education that opens new international job opportunities.
Full-time: 16 months design allows for personal and professional growth, with time to analyze future goals and learn new skills. 2 intakes, January and September
Part-time: the modular design allows students to customize their curriculum and earn their MBA in an average of 24 months. This program is custom made for high-potential young managers who want to maintain professional activity while raising their careers to an international level.

HEC MBAs benefit from a solid foundation of management courses. Designed to develop comprehensive core management knowledge and techniques, this aspect of the program is designed to be very academically demanding.
Participants also receive training in cross-cultural understanding, group dynamics, team-building and ethics.

Innovative curriculum
The HEC MBA is respected by the international business community for its visionary program, designed on principles that enable extraordinary leadership. Beyond traditional business skills, the HEC MBA equips participants with essential skills in areas such as strategy, leadership, negotiation and ethics.
Full-time employment:
MBAs are available beginning in January (September intake) or May (January intake)
Corporate projects:
Mid-April to early-September (September intake) or January to April (January intake)
HEC MBA participants can be hired for various corporate projects. Participants remain in close contact with HEC faculty for the duration of the 4-5 month project period.
. Company Consulting Project (CCP)
Participants join companies as strategic consultants (in teams of 2-3).
. Individual Professional Project (IPP)
Faculty and company managers mentor participants during 4-5 month projects. Participants attend executive seminars on-campus before and after.
. Mission & Action Project (MAP)
An opportunity to work toward a humanitarian goal, engage in fieldwork, sharpen business skills while aiding the community.
. Creative Academic Project (CAP)
A business case is developed with faculty and directly with company executives to find solutions to business issues.
. Summer project (July to August)
Independent internships for 2.5 months.
