The HEC Foundation is the main partner of the school and its students. It supports development projects for HEC School of Management Paris by using the means provided by member companies.

The HEC Foundation is involved in a broad range of activities:
- research
- financial aid to students
- increasing the number of "visiting professors"
- recruiting assistants to help set up educational programs
- innovating teaching technologies
- the creation of teaching Chairs
